* An agent message is one job or follow-up for the Orchard; a very big job may ask for one more to finish. "Unlimited" is for normal personal use.

One question you ask out loud, with Mango's spoken answer and whatever it draws on your screen.
Dictation
Talking into any text box: notes, messages, email replies. Mango cleans it up and types it for you.
Agent message
A long job handed to the Orchard, or a follow-up on one. Mango works on it in the background while you carry on.

How do I pay?
Securely through Razorpay. In India you can pay by UPI, card or net banking in rupees; elsewhere by card in US dollars.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again. See cancellation and refunds.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment if you haven't used the paid plan, were charged by mistake, or Mango didn't work on your computer. The details are in our refund policy.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect straight away; downgrading takes effect at the end of your current month.
Do unused messages carry over?
No. Your plan's allowance renews every month.
What happens when I run out?
Mango tells you. You can upgrade, or wait for next month. Dictation keeps working on Free.
Will I get a receipt?
Razorpay emails one for every payment. Your plan and next billing date are on your account page.
